Potato Cheese Balls Recipe!
Ingredients:
Potatoes (boiled) 500g
Onion (finely chopped) 1 medium (Optional)
Salt 1 tsp
Chili flakes 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Green chilli 1 tsp (optional, if you like spicy)
Green coriander 2 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese 3-4 tbsp
Bread Crumbs 1 cup
Eggs 2
Cheese cubes
Oil for frying

Process:
- In a bowl, take boiled and mashed potatoes.
- Add onion, salt, chili flakes, black pepper, oregano, green chili, green coriander, and mozzarella cheese, then mix well.
- Make round balls with a cheese cube inside each.
- Coat the balls with egg, then bread crumbs.
- Deep fry in oil until light brown.
- Enjoy these crispy and cheesy potato balls!
