A kid named Pikami (really) with a very disturbing-looking if familiar color fashion sense wants to show off his Light Ball-holding lv. 66 Pikachu by battling yours one-on-one.

Sadly, the only wild Pikachu you can have at a highest level is either an alpha Pikachu from Wild Zone 3 or 6 (guaranteed on the last one on top of the cafe's roof). You'll have to drug it with candies, er, train it up to a suitable level to face off against Pikami's.

Pikami isn't an idiot. He outfitted his Pikachu with moves that can make it a threat against another Pikachu, especially using Dig. However, you can easily get around Dig by simply using Dig yourself once you see his Pikachu charging Dig so you can avoid getting damaged and strike back hard yourself.
