Food waste is a big issue within the agri-food sector and for business owner, Nimisha Raja, of Nim’s Fruit Crisps this latest investment will not only massively cut down her food waste but open up a new business market.

This video series was created to showcase the projects funded by grants provided by Growing Green. Delivered by Growing Kent and Medway, the pilot scheme developed a bespoke training package and provided funding opportunities to help businesses operating across the agri-food sector to reduce their carbon emissions. Growing Green was funded by the UK Government and Growing Green partners through the UK Community Renewal Fund.
