Brian takes a look at Arena: For the Gods! by Maxime Rambourg and published by IELLO. Arena pits the players against each other in an all out battle royale. This game is split into 2 phases; the bidding phase and the battle phase. In the bidding phase players bid for first pick of their items (only the more they bid, the lower their health is at the start of the game). After bidding for a weapon, a mount, armor and a spell card, the battle begins. Players roll dice in turn performing actions until the one player loses all their life. At that point the game ends and the player with the most health wins.
