Tons Bar I Setup Guide

First of all — thanks for buying a Tons Bar.

Configurations (anno 2024):
Bar — A . Shoes + Glasses + Helmet
Bar — B . 2x Helmet + 2x Glasses
Bar — C . 2x Shoes
Bar — D . 3x Glasses
Bar — E . 2x Glasses + 2x Shoes

You will need these for installation —
1) Ø8 mm drill 2) Torx T25 key

The parts have a tight fit, and you may need to apply a bit of force to assemble it. But don’t worry — it can handle it.

All materials are eco-friendly and manufactured in Denmark. The 3D-printed parts are printed Tons bio polymer™.

IMPORTANT — Please keep the 3D printed parts away from acetone and temperatures higher than 60°C. If the product is placed just behind a window with direct sunlight (through the window), the temperature can reach 60°C and cause deformation.
