In this solo bedwars commentary I discuss the toggle sprint mod. With togglesprint, you can consistently sprint in Minecraft without holding down any key other than W. Toggle sprint is used widely in the PVP community including games such as skywars, bedwars, UHC, and more. The legality of the mod on Hypixel was once debated, but now it's more or less allowed since 1.16 has it built-in.

Togglesprint is included in PVP clients such as lunar client, Badlion client, PVPLounge, and Melon Client. If you're using Forge or Labymod like me, you can install it as a separate addon/mod.

"Does Toggle-Sprint Give An Advantage?" is the core question that I'm asking, and the conclusion is that no, it doesn't give a real advantage in-game to me personally. Big names such as Purpled and Bedless Noob both use it and are good bedwars players. Overall, it is up to personal preference although I don't understand why it's so hard to hold a finger down on the CTRL key.
