SOLIDWORKS Advanced Mate - Path Mate

The Path Mate is an Advanced Mate in ‪@solidworks‬. It allows you to constrain a selected point on a component to a path.

Two things are required: a point on our component (sometimes the origin), and then you also need a path (can be a reference sketch or a continuous edge). In our tutorial we use a sketch.
