An H&K G41 Clone? The PTR-63 is Coming

In this episode of TFBTV, ‪@JamesReeves‬ is at SHOT Show 2023 to talk with the guys at PTR Industries about the new PTR-63, which is, functionally, a clone of the Heckler & Koch G41.

The Heckler & Koch G41 is a German 5.56×45mm rifle introduced in 1981. It was designed to replace the G3 and the HK33 and HK93 service rifles, providing a more modern carbine that accepted STANAG magazines (like the M16). The rifle was never successful and landed no contracts, but PTR thinks the time is right to re-introduce this classic with it's AR compatible furniture and magazines.
