Ingredients:

Buttery Biscuit Base:
250g Digestive biscuits, finely crushed (about 2 cups crushed graham crackers)
100g unsalted butter, melted (7 tablespoons)

Kinder Cheesecake Filling:
500g cream cheese, room temp (17.6 oz or about 2¼ cups)
150g Kinder chocolate, melted and cooled slightly (5.3 oz)
100g icing sugar (¾ cup powdered sugar)

Kinder Chocolate Ganche Topping:
200g Kinder chocolate (7 oz)
100ml double cream (⅓ cup + 1 tablespoon heavy cream)
9 Kinder Bueno chunks (optional)
