Should Tanks Use Autoloaders?

When designing a tank to fit a certain armored doctrine, there are many aspects that have to be carefully considered. How the cannon is loaded is one of the most vital. Many say that automatic loaders or autoloaders are best, while others say that manual loaders or human loaders are better. Today we'll be examining both sides very briefly.
