Скачать или смотреть Exploring Big Tujunga Reservoir in the Middle of the Summer

I decided to explore the upper sections Big Tujunga Reservoir on Tuesday and Wednesday. I left on the late side on Tuesday while it was getting dark, so I decided to revisit on Wednesday, before the sun went down completely. Both trips were pretty wild. The reservoir is still beautiful, but it is a lot lower than it was earlier in the year. On Tuesday I saw a black bear and I wound up getting some footage of it as it scaled a cliff face. I saw a bald eagle and a rattlesnake on Wednesday. I also saw a deer, but no footage unfortunately. This is a short rout so the wildlife is note worthy. Despite it being dry, I still love this section of the Angeles National Forest. There is a big green field in the river delta flowing into the reservoir, which is nice and rare this time of year. The San Gabriel Mountains are a great area to adventure hike and trail run and they host quite a bit of wildlife. These were both great trips to finish the day.

FYI: I explore a lot and stumble upon many different things. The way I go about sharing locations is that if someone tells me to keep a spot secret before I wind up finding it on my own, I keep those spots secret. Otherwise, I share information at my own discretion because I like sharing what I find. I may take things down, obscure locations, or remove data upon request as I have done in the past, but a lot of the places I visit are less well known (because I'm exploring), so I could potentially be removing everything if I did things the other way around, which I don't want to do.
