Are you thinking about moving to the Suburbs of New York City? Trying to decide the best state to live outside New York City? Do you need a fast commute to NYC? Of Course, you are looking for the best place to live near NYC because you want to be able to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle. Well in this video we will compare the opportunity you have to look beyond the boundaries of New York State and take full advantage of the entire New York City Metropolitan Area / NYC Economic Area. You could go to Connecticut specifically western Fairfield County but that is far away and has limited listings (most of which are super expensive) for you to consider. Lower Westchester County has some great commute options, but again can get super expensive and give the small square miles, not a lot of listings. You might want to consider western Nassau County, but again limited listings and only so many train stops. However, if you look to New Jersey you have the ability to get great commutes into Penn Station and have access to a much larger area and subsequently more listings to consider. Living in New Jersey could be a great option for you to consider if you need to commute to New York City.
