Is this the BEST Pad Thai in Bangkok?

Mina, and I venture out to Pad Thai Fai Ta Lu in the heart of Bangkok.

This is not your average pad Thai. Pad Thai Fai Ta Lu received the Michelin recommendation in 2019, it's extremely clear to me why they received that honor. Each dish is meticulously crafted, and paired with complex complimentary sauces.

We ordered three dishes. Pad Thai Shrimp, Pad Thai Moo Yang, and Crispy Berkshire Pork Supreme. The true standout to me being the Crispy Berkshire Pork Supreme. The crunchy skin, combined with the soft tender pork meat underneath was simply the best dish Ive had in Thailand.

The ability to infuse so much flavor inside the crunchy skin, while keeping the tender pork underneath is a true work of art. One can easily see the amount of love that goes into cooking such a dish.

The Pad Thai dishes also stand on their own, combining excellent noodle texture with ample flavor. Complimented by their protein sources, which were cooked with equal perfection.
