Wouldn't it be great if you could track exactly which channels are driving leads to your business? Better yet, wouldn't it be great to see which channels or marketing campaigns are converting into new customers and revenue?

In this video, I show you how you can track the UTM parameters being used in a marketing campaign and store these details in Pipedrive. This allows you to report on your channels and campaign effectiveness in the Pipedrive Insights.

This is done by using Jotform with hidden form fields to capture the UTM parameters. Then, using Zapier, we can input these leads and the UTM information into Pipedrive. Finally, you can then report on which sources are generating the most leads or revenue in Pipedrive's Insights.
