Assalamualikum to all my viewers,
Here is a very simple and easy recipe that any one can cook. Do try and share your comments below.

• 1 cup warm water or milk- I’m using water, you may also use milk
• 1 tsp sugar
• Pinch of salt
• 30gms unsalted butter
• 2 egg.
• ½ Cup All Purpose flour
• Whipping Cream for Filling

Preparation: Time: 1 hours 30 mins.

We need.

Dutch Pot and a bowl
Silicone Spatula
Baking sheet/Tray
Piping bag with round nozzle

COOKING & INSTRUCTIONS

Take a nice Dutch Pot and Place it on the Stove with medium flame.

Add butter, salt, sugar, and water. Allow it to boil on a high flame.

And until all these Combine well together.

Add Flour and using a spatula start stirring the flour in the butter mix as quick as you can to avoid lumps and make nice soft and smooth dough.

Now switch of the flame and let it warm before adding the eggs to the dough to make the choux pastry batter.

Transfer the dough to a bowl and allow it to warm.
Once the Dough is warm.
Add Vanilla extract and Whip the dough.
Now add one egg at a time and whip to make a smooth batter.
As you add each egg, whip the dough to form the batter.

As you keep whipping you see a nice smooth soft batter has formed
(Ensure the batter must not be too flowy or too thick)

Keep the Baking tray ready with baking sheet on it.

Now once the batter is ready, transfer it to a piping bag.

Start piping the choux pastry shells on to the baking sheet, and using moist finger soften the tips of the shells.

Preheat the oven at 180*c and make sure an oven rack is in the centre position.
Bake for 20-30 minutes at 180*c until golden and baked through.
Remove from the oven and allow to shell to cool down completely before filling the pastry.
Once the Shells cools down completely, we shall now fill the shells to make our beautiful choux pastry and serve it with some ice cream or chocolate and let your family enjoy this scrumptious and yummilicious pastry made at home!
