1st ever Park I gained outside the USA especially its seasonal (April-November according to sources; if we tried coming last year then it could’ve been a Bust) which is a Newest Park I went that opened in 2018 & themed to various unusual IPs for theming (Spirou, Marsupilamis, Smurfs, Daltons, etc.) named Parc Spirou which is Mostly the Family demographic small Park, For the one who arrives between 11:00 AM and stayed until Park closing at 6 PM (Works better in that park unlike Magic Mountain that is bigger during its off season), when the Green 4D coaster wasn’t open in the 1st place, Arrived to Spirou Racing first as it has about 16-18 riders per 1 train with a side of relief with Speedy operations to keep the line moving, ate up the rest of the 2 coaster credits which cycles 3 times each as Zierer’s new generation kids’ coasters as 1 and dones, then do select experiences I feel like doing including the bizarre small log flume. Anyways, Surprising Major POVs I got are all the coasters and Lucky River which counts to 5 for an edit, a rotation basis between the SoCal parks and this one when I feel like editing them. Overall for the park as a whole, I should accept it is what it is, a beginner theme park if you can call it one, but I don’t see myself revisiting it nor South Part of France to reunite slightly annoying family anytime soon, at least until the Upcoming Launched Zamperla Coaster I saw construction of Opens somewhere around 2026. Nethertheless, it’s a saving grace from a plain average reunion trip in Southern France with middle of nowhere & old looking visuals, part of me hopes that Parc Spirou fills more coaster gaps with more thrill factor with unused plot of lands
As for LES SCHTROUMPFS ET LE GRIMOIRE MAGIQUE aka The Smurfs & Magic Book of Magic Simulator in english, the LAST POV in general I shot during the vacation (Even Posting to Public) as its quite an Interesting ride simulator in terms of the system while being just an average type of ride, with a Vehicle that goes forwards & backwards before & after the experience similar to Soarin', but stays on the ground. I'm somewhat nostalgia to the Smurfs however as I watched the classic series along with the LIVE Action Movie featuring Neil Patrick Harris. I ended up snagging a LOT of clips of the ride due to the fact that my previous SD card malfunctions in middles of the ride which interrupts my only Experience of the simulator, then got it fixed later on during my 1st Halloween Time Disneyland visit.
As for the brief word review of my own: To begin the experience which the queue contains really cool models of The Smurfs Franchise including Mushroom like houses as well as the figures that are life like accurate to the cartoon while comparing to Humans as more common as Gargamel the antagonist, despite the fact that the show buildings Cannot be hidden in sight visible to park guests as they slap the pictures of various characters which isn't ideal for an elaborate land. For the attraction experience, the Pre-Show despite the base language in France does have an interesting illusion of size shifting with an Easter Egg sound effect of Space Mountain's Blue Tunnel. For the vehicle, its a Lap bar group per row like Web Slingers even though that's a moving ride that goes around the circuit. For the ride cycle, its a Vehicle that goes forwards & backwards like mentioned earlier from the station to the Wide screen to view many things. For the story even though I couldn't film the whole thing with a GoPro's malfunctioned SD card, its about going on an Adrenaline Rush in the Imaginary World of The Smurfs from the Breathtaking nature of The Smurfs' village, getting trapped in Gargamel's Lair, and Escaping with so much bizarre logic of these Blue Critters with so many flight manuevers & near misses thrilling as Star Tours. Overall even though Screen Rides 100% aren't my main type of ride, I can accept 1 experience even if I couldn't capture the whole ride, its a once in a lifetime something that is the IP that isn't too common to be used in Theme Parks, especially for the 1 as Small as Parc Spirou. There’s more to explore when my father even if he’s annoying sometimes plans a Germany trip to visit another family member’s house while mentioning Phantasialand that could be nearby, trying to balance a thoosie activity while looking at world landmarks hopefully if they’re impressive or boring to look at. Or a 3rd Provence trip during the Theme Park season in 2026 or beyond to come back for a NEW Zamperla Tire Driven Launch coaster.
