Re-encoded with VirtualDub using the Neat Video plugin also to add the title I made.
Added a little bit of gaussian noise so it doesn't look as flat as the original video.
I think it looks better than the video used to make this one.
Exported from VirtualDub using x264 AVC and Nero AAC encoders set at a pretty high quality settings.

Who says re-encoding always will degrade the video.
