Guitar Amp Re-Valve And Biasing Marshall JVM

Описание к видео Guitar Amp Re-Valve And Biasing Marshall JVM

DISCLAIMER - I'm not an amp tech, but I've always serviced my own valve amps, I first did this process over 10 years ago and have been servicing my own amps ever since.

I spent a lot of time researching how to do it and how to stay safe. Please do not use this as a tutorial it is purely for entertainment, I know I like watching other people work on their gear.

My JVM was due some new output valves (Tubes) so I decided to video the process. Although this isn't a how to video and I strongly advise against doing it unless you are confident in what you are doing, Hopefully it will help those who do their own servicing but are maybe new to this amp model. I've used Electro harmonics EL34 tubes, which are a matched pair purchased from Hotrox in the UK. I haven't changed the Preamp valves at this point, I've been experimenting with various spares I have, but will be renewing them in the near future.
