Step
Method 1: Four-stage pour with varying speeds
-1st pour up to 50ml to bloom 0:00~1:00
*Pour as close to the coffee bed as possible in a small, slow circular stream.
*Once finished pouring, swirl it evenly.
-2nd pour up to 250ml 1:00~1:30
*Pour the water slowly in a small circular stream.
-3rd pour up to 150ml 1:30~2:00
*Pour the water slowly in a small circular stream.
-Final pour up to 250ml 2:00~3:00
*Pour water in a circular motion at maximum flow.
*At 200ml, switch to a large, centered stream.
*Stop pouring at 250ml.
-Remove the dripper before 3:30
-Stir, then enjoy！

Method 2: Three-stage pour
-1st pour up to 40ml to bloom 0:00~0:40
*Pour as close to the coffee bed as possible in a small, slow circular stream.
-2nd pour up to 150ml 0:40~1:30
*Pour the water slowly in a small circular stream.
-Final pour up to 250ml 1:30~2:00
*Pour water in a circular motion at maximum flow.
*Stop pouring at 250ml.
-Remove the dripper before 3:30
-Stir, then enjoy！
