It is limited to the ten square miles of Washington, DC, certain military bases where States have ceded jurisdiction, certain territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, and certain guano islands only and does not include the several republic states of the union. Territorial Jurisdiction does not extend to the 50 several states of the protective UNION!
