This video is a demonstration of our methodology of Engineering EPC Deliverables specifically for Earned Value in Oracle Primavera P6. This Methodology is using activities that represents "rules of credit" and Activity Coding used to identify Deliverable types. Along with certain P6 layouts used to organized and report the health of the project. A User Defined Field is introduced & 1 Global Change is deployed.
