Suspected intoxicated driver kills two children after crashing into birthday party

A suspected intoxicated driver in Michigan crashed into a building at the Swan Boat Club near Detroit, where a child’s birthday party was being held. An eight-year-old girl and her five-year-old brother were killed. NBC News’ Maggie Vespa reports.
