We want to review only relevant News from specific blogs / RSS feeds using Power Automate and Microsoft Planner. For this reason, we need a small Power Automate Flow automation to get these posts into our planner. Once in our planner, we want to decide whether this News are relevant and should be saved in our library. So when a task is done, a new flow should be triggered. This flow should save this post into our "Relevant News List".

1. Create a new Planner that you want to use for aggregating News
2. Create a Bucket for your different sources
3. Create a new flow Called "New Post on EinfachMachen."
i. Choose "When a new feed is published."
ii. You can also use a Feed Aggregator: https://www.feedbucket.mobi/rssmix/
4. Insert a "Create a task" action
i. Choose Feedtitle as the Title
ii. Choose the right Bucket-ID
5. Insert an "Update task details" action
i. In reference to your ID
ii. Put the Summary in the Summary
iii. Put the link in the Ressource link
6. Save your flow
7. Test it with an RSS Feed of your Choice
8. Create a new SharePoint List, "Relevant News."
i. Create a Column "Link to Blogpost"
ii. Create a Column called "Summary"
9. Create a new Flow, "Save Blogpost to SharePoint."
i. Use "When a task is completed" as the trigger
ii. Insert a "Get Task details" action to retrieve the task details
iii. Insert a "Create Item"
iv. Reference to your Title, Summary and Link to Blogpost Column
v. Save the Flow
