The North Lomei Labyrinth can be found in the same exact place as Breath of the Wild, in the North Tabantha Snowfield. In fact, I'm almost positive the solution is the exact same as well. Follow the pinecones, but make sure to leave some on the floor in case you get lost! Also be on the lookout for the Floormaster that patrols the halls to the right of the shrine.
