In this video, I demonstrate how to model an Air Register (or Return, or Grille. Honestly, I couldn't find a standard definition) in FreeCAD for 3D printing. I cover the design table setup, designing the model to be connected in two halves (because 3D print bed sizes are a limitation), and show the functional product at the end.
