• The Ninja Garden Master Collection Soundtrack DLC incorrectly labels "Fight It Out" as "Alma", which is incorrect from what is shown on Ninja Gaiden Sigma's Sound Test.

• Some themes were created for the Sigma port of NG '04. These being:
- Confrontation = Trial
- Surprise Attack = An Easy Enemy/Sudden Threat
- Fight It Out = Forsaken Humanity (Only for Fiend Alma 1)
- The Tone of Evil = Evil Spirit March
- Collapse = The Fiend (Only for the Holy Vigoor Emperor 2)
- Final Battle = Go the Distance

• Gamov, Nicchae and Ishtaros are only fought in the Sigma port of NG04. However, Nicchae and Ishtaros are fightable during the gauntlet before Marbus' boss fight as Ryu.

• The screenshot used for "Surprise Attack" is from Ninja Gaiden 3, since there are no clear images of the Black Spider Clan in NG'04 or NG2.
