"Hi, I'm Rebecca. I met Ashley one day I was out walking my dog and I saw her walking around in the neighborhood passing out flyers and we started talking about a year ago and a year later I decided to give her a call. And I'm Carlos and we were together when we met Ashley. I think it's important to point out that you know a pro when you see a pro. We had been watching Ashley from afar and actually, the team from afar. You know, when several of our neighbors sold their homes and not only the process seemed to be smooth I saw a lot of activity with buyers activity from the team coming in and out of the house which, you know, kind of told me hey, they are working on arranging the house or just simply working closely with the sellers and buyers to have a smooth process or to, you know, just push that sale. Well, I feel that when Jennie and Ashley came to our house right away we went to work and everything seemed very organized. Everything just felt great from the very beginning. I think that the one that quickly comes to mind is that we were planning on going to market right around the same time there was a surprise because another seller was also going to market that brought up a big question and hey, two homes competing for maybe the same pool of buyers in the same market. So, we worked with Ashley and Jennie and we felt quickly at ease because there was a strategy behind it. There was a knowledge of these type of situations happening before and they quickly addressed on a strategy that would handle what we perceived was a challenge at the moment. They made us feel very comfortable that no matter if there was another home being sold at the same time that everything was still going to progress the way we had planned. Satisfied with the outcome of our home. Very happy! Absolutely! Very happy. I think that we achieved our goal and it was a real smooth process. I mean, we did not even have to go through showing the home because it was a pre-market sale. That simplified things for us. Right on schedule with an offer that was very enticing to us. In fact, quite honestly very happy. We absolutely recommend Ashley and the team to buy, sell, or talk to about selling or buying a home. Yeah, hands down I'll talk to co-workers and let them know about this team and quite honestly, a couple of other neighbors have asked how the process had gone. I think that they were thrilled to hear they were happy for us, of course, but they were thrilled to hear that this team, Ashley and the team were so effective. Well, I would say that everything went smoothly it was an easy process that I didn't think was going to be possible but it was and I am grateful to Ashley and the team for everything - the hard work, the texting. Everything. Always communicating with us and it was just great. I would second that. When you're selling your home there is a lot of questions. As a seller you have a lot of questions. The market, the rates, the marketing, it's simply a very complete package that this team puts together. Not only digital, but the connections they have and quite honestly, that was probably a big selling point for us to work with them which was that they knew our area. They knew the neighborhood. They knew our home. So yeah, hands down an A+. A++."
