With a duration of 3 days, the Big Data Architecture Workshop course deals with issues related to data architecture and the design of Big Data systems. The Big Data Architecture Workshop is a course organized by PUE and directed by the specialized company Cloudera, guarantee of quality.

The dynamics of this workshop are developed through working groups assisted by technical collaborators. The groups, with everything they have learned, develop and design solutions with complex systems to Big Data architecture problems in general. Next, the proposed observations are shared by a representative appointed by each group, so that the ideas flow and a more interactive and enriching environment is created.

In this way, the Big Data Architecture workshop is aimed at all those who wish to develop their techniques to design Big Data systems with the help of Cloudera professionals. At the same time they learn and are enriched by the proposals of the other students.

This course on data architecture delves into advanced Big Data architecture topics, including data formats, transformation, real-time processing, batch and machine learning, scalability, fault tolerance, security and privacy. As well as in the minimization of risk in a weak architecture and a selection of incorrect technology.

This workshop is aimed at professionals who want to develop in the data architecture and have knowledge in HDFS, Spark, MapReduce, Hive / Impala, Data Format and relational database system administration technologies. However, it is not necessary for students to have detailed knowledge of the API, since no programming activities are carried out in the course.

The objective pursued with this data architecture course is to create an interactive environment in which to discuss the proposals to real cases. For this, the workshop is divided into small groups in which to address the problems and develop possible solutions.
