How to test out HIGH QUALITY vs POOR QUALITY 3PLY face masks?
Here are 3 simple ways to test out the quality of the filtration layers within 3-PLY face masks. This can determine a quality piece that can filter out bacteria & germs VS a poor quality piece that does not perform proper filtration.
1) Fire test: real material would not flame up when being burnt, it would only melt so this can determine fake vs real.
2) Water test: the material would be waterproof and not leak with real material
3) Laser test: the laser beam would not be able to penetrate through with real material

3-PLY combined 65gsm thickness, leak proof Non-Woven fabric with a high density melt blown polypropylene filtration layer (FDA/CE certified with test reports)

The grade of the 'MELT' blown layer is the most important material composition to determine the quality a 3PLY mask . We use maximum grade high quality 'Melt Blown' material with high filtration efficiency bacterial filtration rate. Choice of 95% BFE or upgrade to 99% BFE
