Who’s ready?! Texas Roasted Street Corn! 🌽 🤠
Roasted Corn, Every Color Bell Pepper( bc it’s beautiful) Bacon, Crema and Queso Fresco! In perfect combination with the Famous Citrus Chicken from @justthetip1836!

Roasted Street Corn:
7 ears of corn, roasted w/ husk then without, remove kernels then set aside. (Previously soaked in salt water)
4 bell peppers, red, orange, green and yellow, chopped
Onion, 1/2 chopped
Bacon, 1 package (about 10 strips), chopped
Queso Fresco or Queso Cotija, crumbled
Crema Fresca, as needed
@justthetip1836 Comanche Moon Habanero seasoning

Cook bacon until crispy then remove from the pan and set aside, drain on paper towel. Using the bacon grease cook the onion and the bell peppers then season with @justthetip1836 Comanche Moon Habanero 🤌🏼 return the bacon to the pan, set aside and let cool.
Layer all ingredients starting and finishing with the Crema Fresca.
Crema, Bell peppers & Bacon, Roasted kernels, Queso Fresco and repeat, finish off with more Comanche Moon Seasoning and chopped Cilantro!

@justthetip1836 Ranger Citrus Chicken:
10 chicken drumsticks with two to three slices down to the bone, seasoned with fresh orange, lemon, lime and a generous amount of @justthetip1836 Ranger Seasoning! 🐴🤠
Put them in the air fryer at 400° for 45 minutes and done!
