INGREDIENTS
Pork Spare Ribs or Baby Back
Mustard as a binder for the ribs
Boq seasoning blend (City Cajun Seasoning, Brown Sugar, Garlic and Herb seasoning, Dry mustard)
Favorite Bbq sauce (Sweet Baby Rays)
Unsalted Butter (1 stick per slab of ribs)
1/2 cup brown sugar per slab for use when wrapping them in foil
Honey
Apple Juice
