Total amount of fat for the entire cake: 15 grams saturated and 15 grams unsaturated. If cut into 6 pieces as the book recommends, each piece has 2.5 grams of saturated and 2.5 grams of unsaturated fat. I cut it into 8 pieces, with each piece having 1.875 grams of fat. I rounded up to 2 grams. )
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 15.5 ounce can pineapple tidbit or slices
3 egg white
3 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup pineapple juice
Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. Be careful if you flip it onto a serving plate! You can serve it as is without flipping it. It will taste just as great!

In the video I messed up and said 1 tablespoon of baking powder and 1 cup of juice! Oops! Sorry!
