While walking past a dumpster, I saw, sitting under the sun, a MSI GE62 6QD, a mid-2010s gaming laptop with an i7-6700HQ and a GTX 950M. It was dirty, broken, and the hinges were literally glued shut.

So I took it home, tried to fix it with some DIY skills, replaced the SSD, changed the thermal paste, and gave it a deep clean.

To my surprise... it works! Let's see if it can still run Windows 11 and play some light games like Apex or Call of Duty.
