This video discusses the history of frog pregnancy tests and chytrid fungus. Before at-home pregnancy tests existed, people used frogs to determine if they were pregnant. The use of frog pregnancy tests had incredibly terrible consequences for amphibians around the world. When these frogs were eventually released from their labs, they spread a deadly fungus, called "chytrid fungus" or Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis, across every continent.
