Hanbojutsu Basics - Ninja Stickfighting

The Hanbo is a 90cm (3 feet) long stick. Think of it as a cane for example. We show You how to move with it, how to block punches and show some techniques like Tsuke Iri, Koshi Ori, Onikudaki, Ganseki, O Gyaku, San Kaku Shime,.... Being a simple stick, You can find such a weapon everywhere! It can be a piece of wood at a construction site, a cane of a elderly man, a rifle without ammunition,... So it is clever to be able to fight with it. We show some basical movements with the Hanbo. How to move with it, how to block punches and some basical joint-locks, throwing techniques and even a choke-hold! We will do more videos about Hanbojutsu in the future.
