日本東北自由行五日遊 Ep. 1｜宮城縣：白石城武士變裝、仙台美食地圖、必吃白石溫麵，深度體驗日本文！

在這次的日本東北旅程中，我從香港出發，經過東京轉乘新幹線，展開了五天的探索旅程。宮城縣以其豐富的歷史和美食聞名，讓我充滿期待

抵達後，我和朋友首先前往白石うーめんやまぶき亭，這是一家以白石溫麵聞名的餐廳。我們品嚐了這道當地特產，白石溫麵的製作過程中沒有加油，讓麵條特別順滑，彷彿能感受到每一口的歷史與傳承。餐廳的環境也充滿了傳統的日本風格，讓我們感受到濃厚的文化氛圍

接著，我們來到白石城，這座歷史悠久的城堡讓我感受到日本的古老魅力。在專業人員的指導下，我們穿上古代武士盔甲，手握武士劍模擬格鬥，體驗到盔甲的沉重，讓我對昔日武士的勇敢與堅韌有了更深刻的理解

之後，我們前往仙台城，參觀了古代名將伊達政宗的雕像和相關資料。當地人扮演伊達政宗，展現劍舞，讓這段歷史活靈活現，感受到文化的傳承

晚上，我們選擇了仙台市的居酒屋二代目，這裡的 Highball 搭配各式小食讓我們感到十分愉快。接著，我們前往炭火焼とりっこ文店，品嚐了當地的比內雞肉料理，搭配清酒，讓味蕾得到了極大的滿足

晚餐後，我們決定到ダーツ＆パーティー REGALO仙台駅前店，一邊享受美酒，一邊體驗擲飛鏢的樂趣。在這個充滿娛樂氛圍的場所，我們盡情享受著放鬆的時光

My recent journey to the Tohoku region of Japan, starting from Hong Kong and connecting via Tokyo on the Shinkansen, was a five-day exploration filled with historical sites and culinary delights. Miyagi Prefecture, known for its rich history and delicious cuisine, was particularly exciting to experience.

Upon arrival, my friend and I headed straight to Shiraishi Umen Yamabuki-tei, a restaurant famous for its Shiraishi Umen noodles. This local specialty, made without oil, was incredibly smooth and seemed to carry the weight of history and tradition in every bite. The restaurant's traditional Japanese ambiance further enhanced our cultural immersion.

Next, we visited Shiraishi Castle, a historic fortress that exuded ancient Japanese charm. Under the guidance of professionals, we donned traditional samurai armor and wielded replica swords, simulating combat. The weight of the armor gave me a newfound appreciation for the strength and resilience of these warriors.

Our journey continued to Sendai Castle, where we admired the statue of Date Masamune, a renowned feudal lord, and learned about his legacy. A local, dressed as Date Masamune, performed a captivating sword dance, bringing history to life and showcasing the region's cultural heritage.

In the evening, we enjoyed a delightful dinner at Nidaime, an Izakaya in Sendai City, indulging in refreshing Highballs and a variety of tasty snacks. Afterward, we headed to Sumibiyakitori Nikko Bunten to savor local Hinai chicken dishes paired with sake, a true culinary delight.

To unwind after dinner, we visited Darts & Party REGALO Sendai Ekimae, where we enjoyed drinks and tried our hand at darts. This lively venue provided the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the evening.
