Cold-searing steaks is not new. To be honest, I think I may have accidentally done this a few times not knowing what it is. I thought it would be a great challenge to use a Toaks Siphon stove only.

0.5 Cup - Parsley
0.5 Cup - Olive Oil
2 Tbsp – Red Wine Vinegar
3 Cloves - chopped garlic
1 Tbsp – Chili Flakes
1 Tsp – Coarse Salt
1 Tsp - Dried Oregano
0.5 Tsp – Black pepper
