How To Turn Bread & Shrimps Into Fancy Appetizers

Ingredients for 4 appetizer
7 oz / 200 g pre-cooked tiny shrimp (divided) 5 oz (140 g) + 2 oz* (60 g) for topping
1 oz (30 g) canned white asparagus
2 pinches of salt
1 teaspoon of Sherry
a dash of white pepper
freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon of fresh chopped dill
4 tablespoons (60 g) of mayonnaise
6 Pre-sliced white sandwich bread
For coating (the quantity in the video is incorrect)
7 oz (200 g) of cream cheese
4 tablespoons (60 g) of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of grated horseradish
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
For garnish (depending on your taste, add more or reduce the herbs below)
4 tablespoons (about 30 g) parsley chopped (frozen)
1 teaspoon of chopped dill (frozen)
1 teaspoon of chopped Chives (frozen)
Topping
Shrimps 2 oz* (60 g)
4 teaspoons of Bleak roe or some small slices of smoked salmon
Fresh dill leaves

Directions:
In a medium bowl, add shrimps, mayonnaise, chopped white asparagus, chopped fresh dill, sherry, fresh lemon juice, salt, ground white pepper, ground black pepper, and mix.
Try the shrimp mixture, and if needed, season to your taste, then move into a food processor.
Mix until the ingredients are well combined (about 15 seconds); leave some small visible pieces so don't overmix.
With a 2.5 inches (6.5 cm) cookie cutter, cut the bread into 12 individual rounds. Do not throw away the leftover bread; you can make croutons or bread crumbs.
For these appetizers, you can also cut the bread into squares if you like.
Prepare the cream cheese coating:
In a medium bowl with an electric mixer, whisk the cream cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish, and Dijon mustard.
Prepare a large plate or baking sheet with the frozen herbs (parsley, dill, chives).
After coating the starters, insert wooden skewers in the middle, and with the help of a spatula, lift the appetizer, then grab the skewers on the side, then roll them into the mixed herbs as we showed in the video tutorial.
Move into a serving plate. Repeat until you finish all four appetizers.
Top each appetizer with shrimps and bleak roe or a little slice of smoked salmon in the middle, and add some fresh dill leaves (optional).
