The Ganga Expressway in Uttar Pradesh stretches more than 595 kilometers and is designed to connect twelve cities across northern India. The project begins with earthwork and embankment compaction. HAMM soil compactors prepare the foundation to carry millions of vehicles over decades. Once the base is stabilized, layers such as granular subbase, cement treated subbase, and wet mix macadam are applied with precision.

VÖGELE pavers play a central role in building these structural layers. A fleet of 52 machines, including the SUPER 1400i and SUPER 1800-3i, lays asphalt with continuous material supply from the VÖGELE MT 3000-2i Offset Mobile Feeder. The freshly paved surface is compacted with 88 HAMM tandem rollers, ensuring uniform density and long-lasting quality.

Additional infrastructure such as crash barriers and drainage systems is built with Wirtgen slipform pavers, completing the road profile and supporting safe operation.
