Ingredients :

Wheat Flour : 50g
Pearl Millet /Bajra Flour : 30g
Powdered oats or Oats flour : 30g

Recipe :

1. In a mixing bowl add in all 3 flours. You can also add jawar or Ragi flour.
2. Add a pinch of salt and mix everything well.
3. Add water little by little and knead a soft dough. Grease your fingers with some oil and coat the dough.
4. Rest the dough for 10-15 mins.
5. Knead the dough again and make small balls /take small portions to make Roti's.
6. You can cook it on a hot iron Tawa and directly on the flame as shown in the video.
7. Spread some desi ghee and enjoy with any sabzi of your choice.
