Yes.. this video is quite long overdue, but it's better late than nothing. This mod enhance the game graphics by Enabling hidden Cinematic Mode and tweaking some other thing like Car Reflection Distance, Water Reflection Distance, World Distance, and Shadow Quality.

This mod also came with gameplay stuff, like Hide HUD, Car Wreck Resistance, Enabling Hidden Camera choice, and Changing Time Of Day at will. This is the closest we get to MW2012 ExtraOptions which may or never be happen because the Minimum Support of modding in this game and infamous for being a "Burnout Spin off", unlike it's 2005 version.

And no, this mod is not try to exaggerate you game graphics like other graphics mod where the thumbnail is Oversaturated color, Hi-Res something, everything look so sharp, wet roads, Modern Car that seem out of place and not fit the game at all, and the game is unrecognizable...
