NEVER Buying From LilySilk Again | Unsponsored Honest Update

Part of the reason I am so angry in this video is because I have been a huge fan of LilySilk's for 3 years now. I thought they were fantastic. Now I feel that I can no longer trust their products. This is only my opinion based on my experience. I don't know anything about their production process. I was happy with previous products, and I am not happy with what I recently received.
I had been wanting to order a few things from LilySilk for awhile (the king sized pillowcase and a flat sheet), so jumped on the anniversary sale deals when they came around. I ordered -
1. Twin sized flat sheet
2. One King sized pillowcase
3. Tank nightdress
4. Button down shirt nightdress
This totaled to $560 after discounts ($702 without). I also received free gifts with purchase, the mixed-fabric standard pillowcase and an eye mask.

I realize I might sound overly critical or overly dramatic in this video, but I'm very disappointed to see what I feel is the declining quality at LilySilk. Perhaps they face increased pressure to increase profits (by cheapening the product and raising prices). I would rather shop in-person from department stores where I can return items with quality issues. This is one reason I usually shop at Nordstrom.

For sporty/outdoor clothes, I highly recommend REI because they will stand behind their products and offer incredible customer service.

This is just my opinion based on my experience. I don't claim to be an expert.
Brands I highly recommend for silk products, Equipment and Vince. I always buy these on sale, typically at Nordstrom Rack. Thrift stores also have a lot of silk shirts. I don't shop secondhand online, but I've heard good things about shopping for silk on ebay.
For PJs, I recently bought a set on sale from Eberjey. OMG I love them! Highly recommend.
