Indian Wheat Halwa ( Indian Sweet ) Recipe Very easy way to cook.

WHEAT HALWA or GODHUMAI HALWA:
Ingredients:
Whole Wheat : 1 Cup
Sugar : 1 Cup
Ghee : 1 Cup
Cashew Nuts : 50 Grams
Cooking Time: 45 Minutes

Process:
1. Soak the Wheat For Over Night (18-24 Hours)
2.Grind the Wheat in the Blender. (Little water can be used )
3. Strain the Wheat Milk. (Use Strainer or Cloth)
4. Keep the Milk to rest for 1 Hours
5. Add 3 cup of water in 1 cup of wheat milk.
6. Heat the Pan and Fry Cashew nuts in little ghee and keep Aside.
7. Add Milk In the Same Pan and cook.
8. Once start to get thick. Prepare the Caramelized Sugar.
9. Heat a Pan Add 1 Spoon Ghee and 3 Spoon of Sugar and cook until Dark Brown.
10. Add the Caramel Sugar into the Cooking Flour.
11. Add Sugar once it start to get thick.
12. Start to add Ghee 2-4 Spoons every 2-3 Minutes and keep Staring .
13. Don't add All Ghee together. Add Little By Little.
14. When Halwa Almost Cooked Add Cashew Nuts.
15. Halwa Should be cooked at Low fire for 40-45 Minutes.

Serve With Love.
