Ya'll I think I just made the best prepoo/detangler! I just took out 6-week-old braids and my 4C hair was tangled chile! So I made flaxseed gel for the first time but I added conditioner and my fenugreek hair oil inside and chile, and those tangles melted away! If ya'll try this out, come back and let me know how it worked on your hair.

Recipe:
1/2 cup of flaxseeds
2 cups of water
Bring to a boil, once the water is boiling turn off the heat and let the flaxseed water sit on the stove for about 7-10 minutes. Ensure you stir every minute while it's sitting so the gel doesn't stick to the bottom.
Place the cheesecloth on top of a bowl, and pour the flaxseed gel into the cheesecloth. Use a mitten to squeeze the flaxseed gel out.
Then add a generous amount of conditioner and oil, mix, and pour into a container. You can store the flaxseed gel in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or use it immediately!
