A recent repair at Murphy's Autocare on a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu. Customer complaint was poor heat temp on driver side and normal passenger side heat temp. After inspection And disassembly Murphy's Autocare technician determined that a broken driver side temp door pivot pin had broken. Repair required complete unit replacement of the air distribution plenum and approx 10 hours of labor to remove the dash assembly and gain access to the plenum.
