Hello and welcome back to our channel after a while. Liechtenstein is another of the micro-nations of Europe. It is sandwiched between Switzerland and Austria. You can reach there by train or bus. We took the bus but after reaching the nearest swiss border town by train. From the station you just take a transit but to Liechtenstein. The river Rhine acts as the natural border between the 2 countries. Its a German speaking semi-constituinal monarchy. The SWiss franc is their official currency. Its capital is Vaduz. Liechtenstein is a prosperous country with per capita income of more than $181000 as per 2021 data. Tourism accounts for a large portion of its economy. Its moutainous regions, river Rhine makes it a top trourist attractions for nature lovers.

This is the famous Red House; built in 1338 and got its name from the dark red paint on the house. This red coloring can be traced back to the middle of the 19th century. A previous building was demolished in the 15th century at the latest. It has had several owners over the years, including the St. Johann monastery.
