You can probably tell that the game is broken when a new player of this game is able to decimate the AI with late game OP units. Suddenly you can have free armies that cannot loose in combat. It is going to lead to some rather funny moments with the spiffing brit whilst he roles a memey stack of mad lads across the map with no competition or balance. So let the exploit commence.
