President Paudel Instructs Security Forces to Prioritize Election Security Amidst Challenges

President Ram Chandra Paudel advised the government to center all attention on ensuring the upcoming House of Representatives election date of Falgun 21st (March 5th) remains fixed and is not altered. The President gave this instruction on Sunday at the Shital Niwas after receiving the Annual Report of the National Security Council for the fiscal year 2081/2082 from Prime Minister and NSC Chairman Sushil Karki. President Paudel also directed the Nepali Army and other security agencies to maintain security arrangements with heightened vigilance to prevent any impact on the elections and expressed confidence that the NSC would effectively meet current and future security challenges.
