W123 Delivery valve crush washer replacement

Leaky delivery valve on your OM617? Easy fix! Follow along with this video and replace those leaky crush washers!

Side quest: My OM617 has had a little shake right off idle, and I've tried replacing the injector nozzles, adjusting the valves all to no avail.

We inspect the old delivery valves and discover they are stuck, so I put a different set in and find the car is drastically smoother.

The crush washers are part number 0049974540, or Bosch 1-410-105-021
