New Lahore City
Lunched in 2011, is approved by Lahore Development Authority and located on Canal Bank Road, adjacent to Bahria Town and NFC-II. Its main entrance is on Canal Bank Road and its Phase-3 (Premier Enclave) is linked to Bahria Town through a 120-ft wide boulevard.
The society has its main gate on Canal Bank Road and is also connected to Sundar Industrial Estate via Sundar Road. Similarly, Multan Road is available at just a half kilometre distance. A 120-ft wide boulevard of NCL leads to Bahria Town, providing its residents an easy access to super markets, brands, food chains and multiple options of schools. Once the proposed Ring Road is completed, it would hardly take 15 minutes to reach DHA, airport or any part of Lahore.
It offers both residential and commercial plots on easy installments; and the rates are much lower as compared to the adjacent areas like Bahria Town, Sui Gas Society-II, Sukh Chayn Gardens, Canal Garden and NFC-II.
Phase-1 (Overseas Block):
Phase-1 is located at left and right side of the 150ft main boulevard. The society’s first community centre and commercial market is situated in this block. JS Bank is also available in this phase. Presenting an eye-catching landscape, parks, mini golfcourt and a magnificently-constructed mosque, This block includes almost all categories - 3, 5, 7, 10 Marla, kanal & 2 kanal. Three marla plot costs around 3 million. A 5-marla plot ranges almost 5 million. Similarly, a 7-marla plot price fluctuates between 6 to 7 million and a 10-marla plot price is between 8 to 9.5 million, but if the plot is facing park, the price will go beyond nine million. One kanal plot price is around fourteen million and two kanal plot ranges between 25 to 28 million.
Phase-2:
This phase of New Lahore City includes four blocks - A, B, C and D-Block.
The price range of 3-marla plot is between Rs 3 million to Rs 3.5 million, 5-marla between 4.5 to 5.5 million, 7-marla between Rs 6 to Rs 7.5 million, 10-marla between Rs 7.5 to Rs 10 million and one kanal plot is around Rs 14 million, depending on the location. Another hallmark of Phase-2 is its commercial markets which include The Pearl Mall which is largest shopping mall of New Lahore City so far. Constructed by a renowned group, The Pearl Mall multiple options of commercial opportunities. Easy Mart has already established its outlet in the Pear Mall.
Corner Stone- here which is located in Block-A of Phase-2. Introducing such a high-level school system, the New Lahore City management has proved its commitment towards the educational uplift of the people. New Lahore City’s Main Office is located in Block-D of Phase-2, facilitating its clients and residents to get first-hand response and solutions to their querries and issues. Moreover, a 120ft boulevard connects the society to NFC-II and Bahria Town. In near future, this 120ft boulevard will connect New Lahore City to the proposed Ring Road, which is expected to be completed in next a couple of Months
Phase-3 (Premier Enclave): New Lahore City launched its Phase-3 in March 2016. This phase, which is also called Premier Enclave, is adjacent to Bahria Town Lahore. There are four blocks in Premier Enclave- Block-A, Block-B, Block-C and Block-BB. New Lahore City is directly connected to Bahria Town Lahore through this phase Premier Enclave. As per sound opinion of different property experts, Premier Enclave is going to become the most location and investment oriented block of New Lahore City. Street light polls have been installed and plantation work has been completed. The plot holders are encouraged to get possession of their plots and start construction work.
New Lahore City has established a cricket stadium in Block-C of Premier Enclave. A number of matches between local cricket clubs have been organised here, providing cricket players an additional platform in the vicinity.
A 10-kanal mosque has been inaugurated in Block A of Premier Enclave and the initiative would encourage the plot holders to start construction work of their homes. Those people who cannot afford to purchase plots on higher rates in Bahria Town, Premier Enclave turns out to be their first and ultimate choice as prices in this phase are lower as compare to Bahria Town while NLC offers the same level of services and infrastructure to its residents.
Phase-4 (Royal Enclave):
Phase 4 includes eight blocks, Block-A, Block-B, Block-C, Block-D, Block-E, Block-F, Block-G and Block-H. The balloting took place in June 2019 and by doing so, the society management fulfilled its commitment as no file-holder was left unallotted. The New Lahore City management speedily kicked off development work in Phase 4’s Block A and Block B are On-ground. Remaining Blocks are on under development.
